What type of payment methods do you accept?

We offer our Customers several convenient payment options. We accept most major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal for your convenience.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once completed and placed, your personalized order is immediately sent to our production facilities so that we may offer you expedient service, with orders often personalized and shipped within 24 - 72 hours! Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.

NOTE:  Welovepersonalizedgifts.com also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.

Oh no! I’ve made a mistake with my order, can I change it?

Mistakes happen and we’ll try our best to amend your order, however, on occasions we aren’t able to make any changes. This is usually because the item you’ve ordered has already gone into production.

If you spot a mistake please contact us immediately via phone or email.  If it is after 24 hrs since you ordered your gift, (or after the next day delivery cut off) we are unable to make any changes.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we dispatch your order we will email you tracking number and instructions on how to track your order.

What are the shipping times?

How do I know you received my online order?

You will receive confirmation from us by email as soon as your order is received, and again the day your order is shipped. We will send a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Usually within 3-5 business days.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

Our goal is to offer only the finest personalized gifts available, ones that will create lasting memories and provide years of absolute enjoyment. Each item we select must meet quality standards, workmanship and design.

If your order is not 100% free from defects, please get in touch and we’ll see how we can help. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of personalized gifts unless the products are defective. Please contact us and we will try to solve the problem. All request must be made within 30 days of receipt.

I forgot to order one of the products I wanted! Can I add it to my order?

Unfortunately, we can’t add products to your order once it’s been confirmed, so you’ll need to create another order. If you need help placing an order, please contact us and we'll help you with your order.

Do you offer Gift wrapping, gift messages or gift boxes?

Not at this time, although we hope to add this feature in the future.

Can I ship to multiple addresses on the same order?

Unfortunately, we can only deliver your order to one address. If you’d like to send gifts to different addresses, you’ll need to create a separate order for each address.

I ordered a few products but I’ve only received some of them; where are my other gifts?

As we sell so many different products, we have more than one warehouse. Our personalized products are made in various warehouses in USA,.

We try to put as many of your products as we can into the same parcel but if the item is at another warehouse or takes a little longer to make, we aren’t able to do this. On these occasions, we’ll send the items in separate parcels to save you waiting longer than is necessary.
